Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- July 2014!

    July 2:

    1 cup tea, 3 khakra
    string cheese
    banana
    moong dal khichdi, curd
    1 cup tea,1 idli
    moong dal khichdi,curd
    1 small samosa homemade

    water: 4 lt

    exercise: 30 min. bike
    30 min. elliptical

    challenges:

    1. water intake 3-4 lt. - 0.25
    2. no junk/sweet - 0
    3. exercise 6 days/week - 0.25
    4. eat fruits/salad everyday - 0.25

    point:0.75

    total point: 1+0.75=1.75/2

    tonight , I took Chicken biriyani, Sri.

    Taking a wow, that I will not another biriyani at least for the next 7 days !

    Mostly I do by myself, not following any videos.
    I do the poses to activate for each body part from head to toe and then do Surya namaskar.
    I will definitely let you know if I find some interesting videos.

    It is reverse process here for me... hard for me to post and convert in kgs.. still wil continue do it in both for the standard of weighing here in the thread.

    Hello Ladies,

    July 3


    Food Diet :
    1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup milk
    2 cucumber
    Roti, brown rice, cauliflower curry (it was yum!), yogurt, 1 egg & tindora
    1 big cup buttermilk
    1 bowl papaya, 1 corn, upma

    few slices of apple
    1 multivitamin

    Workout:
    - 2 hrs in gym (as gym will be closed for next 3 days)
    - treadmill 60 mins covered 3.42 distance & burnt 346 calories
    - stepper did 30 mins - burnt 100 calories

    July month challenges:
    - burn 500 calories per day
    - reduce 4 lbs by this month end
    - avoid biscuits & junk items as far as I can

    Wt:
    July 3 - 155.4 lbs

    July 31 - 151 lbs (target)

    You must have been born and brought up in Tamil Nadu and later only migrated to USA, right Sridevi ?

    If that is the case, then, I believe mentioning in Kg also should be fine with you, because you must have used kg at least for the first two decades of your life !

    Anyhow, wherever possible mention it in kg, when you can not, we will convert it using the converter in my mobile. No problems ! :)

    July 4

    - brown rice, tomato curry, cabbage & 1 boiled egg white
    - tea, 1 good day
    - 1/4 samosa chat & 1/4 bhel puri (shared it with hubby)
    - idly
    - multivitamin

    Workout:
    - I had light fever today so no ex
    - Climbing stairs daily (as ours is town home)
    - 30 mins walk while shopping
    - Arms workout (5 set)
