    Yikes. I've actually gained a pound. I've over eaten but not that much. I've been eating ice cream daily. I need to find some good low cal variety of chocolate/ice cream. I hate dark choc though. Gives me a migraine.

    Coming Friday is my next weighing day. Want to show myvticker weight on Friday.

    Yesterday night, again I had biriyani. Obviously it was overeating !

    I will stick to my self-restraint of NOT MORE THAN ONE BIRIYANI in a week.

    Hi Laks,

    I do this thing to beat chocolate ice-cream cravings and it really works for me. I take a cup of milk, put in a tb spoon or so of unsweetend coco powder (depends on how dark/chocolately) you want it and as much sugar to make it taste good (usually 1 tb spoon is good enough). Freeze it in your ice tray and when frozen, blend in mixer (just a couple of turns) for an ice-creamy consistency and your low-cal, home-made almost-chocolate ice cream is done. It definitely has far less sugar, cream and no preservatives. I love this. I would estimate the calories to be about 150 for a cup?
