Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- May 2014!

    Madhu,
    As I always say, I long to eat like your meal and be in the weight range of yours Madhu!
    Dont take it bad, I am just happy for your metabolism and life style.
    Just normal.
    No feeling of any kind of restrictions. My mind always look for the plate in balance. does it has fiber?does it has protien does it has less carb? First my mind will do internal calculation about the food in the plate.though it is for me or for my family. I pay too much attention to pack the lunch for kids also in the same way.
    I think it is just ok to let it flow freely sometimes, just by eating what is available and not thinking about calorie or nutrition?
    I dont know. may be I get obsessed with weight cautiousness all the time.
    The same person will binge much some times later...

    I did not see my binging habits recently in a while. I am happy for that.
    staying motivated by pushing myself when ever I feel a dip. Atleast I was able to stay here for longer years with no further major gain, because of my internal desire to reach ideal weight. I am trying to converge all my energy in the same direction to give me extra push.
    I transformed into a positive person, no matter whether I lose weight or not. I look toned, healthy and always radiate good energy where ever I go. I will be reaching heights if I achieve my goal sooner. I gained to bear the dissappointment. gained lots and lots of patience. along with that gained double the energy and more determination and discipline as I travel.
    As I turn back, I love my journey, though some times it looks bored. I make it more interesting for me every day when I wake up. I take the day as granted and make use of it the most for my goal.

    your post made me to think too much today. From my heart I am saying, you are lucky dear... and am so happy for your way of eating, after all, we are just humans and we cant eat what ever we want after certain age.

    So, no matter what we all eat, let us think that as the gift given to us for that day. enjoy the meal with thankfulness...eat healthy and live happily!

    1. mini morning workout- not done-woke up just at the time to get ready.

    2.breathing / meditation- done
    3.no junk/ no over eating-done
    4.grain free dinner-done
    points-0.8



    diet:
    papaya,milk,roasted channa,squash koottu
    apricot,pista
    channa sundal,squash moong dal koottu,yogurt
    tea,channa sundal,cashews
    vegetables


    Exercise:

    afternoon- 15 mins walk
    eveing-25 mins elliptical,35 mins group cardio kick boxing workout,20 mins walk
    Meditation done.



    Total- 05+0.4+1+1+0.4+1+0.4+0.6+0.8=6.1/9

    Meal 6 - egg white omlette, oats cooked with milk and jaggery

    I have been on and off as usual. I think I am getting comfortable with my current weight I guess. I really want to lose some more. I want to reach my goal and maintain it. I have lost a pound this month, but no regrets as I had food outside many a times this month.

    May 1: 117.8
    May 30: 116.8

    In between, I was 115.8 and gained back that pound.
