Yeah.6 years stay shud be completed and extended their 7 th year after i140 approval.hope this helps.
Recently one of my friend told me that you must have a 4 year degree to get a EAD. I have not come across any rule like that. Does some one knows about it?. I am worried coz I just have my bachelors.
Hi, I'm following this rule actively and i believe its an OR clause and not AND. H4 dependents who are eligible: 1) Have approved I-140 OR 2) Have been granted extension to authorized a stay beyond 6 years ladies, Kindly comment so that the rule is implemented. I have done bba and mba and 2 yr wrk exp, about to take admission in clg for studying and then getting opt after two years and start working?! With this new rule, do you think i should start this masters course or wait fir it to get implemented?! Plz advise
