Vandhana - Here's a couple of pictures of the Spicy Tofu. Thanks again - as you can tell, my spice level was quite high! My husband walked in the door today and said "what are you making, smells so good" I told him that I hoped it tasted as good as it smelled. Who was I kidding - it was great! He loves spicy food - so needless to say, it went over very well. Thanks again!!
Wow Shoba, The pics were awesome. My mouth is watering. This tofu recipe is a hit in my place too. We eat it as is, with a salad on the side. Quite filling. Glad that you liked it. I will post the next tofu recipe tomorrow. Vandhana

Hi Kamla - I am just one of those women who has to be cleaning as I am cooking!! Had left overs for lunch today - yum!
Re: Hi Shakti... Hi Kamla - I meant to send you a feedback a couple of weeks ago - tried your tofu cutlet - it was great! I had no guilt in eating more than 2 pieces!! Thanks. I wanted to send the fb at the same place where you posted the recipe which I got through the link below - but now it says it is invalid??

Hi all, This is how I have been using tofu in our meals. Mix it with atta when making roti Instead of coconut chutney I make tofu chutney. Same way with roasted and soaked chana dal, chili, ginger etc, but remember to add tofu at the end so that it does not become too smooth.
Hello Ladies, Some easy and tasty way to prepare tofu. Dice tofu into cubes, marinate in chilli powder, tumeric powder and a little salt and deep fry them until golden brown. Can be eaten on its own or if you diced it small , it can be added to stir fry veggy like french beans & carrot or fried noodles. Saute sliced onion and green chilli in little oil until soft and add diced tofu. Sprinkle a little tumeric powder and salt. Stir gently as tofu will break. I will usually add bean sprouts but its optional. cover and cook it over small fire. You may spice it by adding mustard seeds and curry leaves at the beginning. Last but not least, this requires a little more patience. It also requires slightly more oil. Saute fennel seeds, onion and dried chilli well ,crumble tofu in it. Add chilli pwd , tumeric pwd and salt. Keep stiring until it becomes dry and crumbly. Hope you try it :2thumbsup: VK
