April 2014 weight loss.. 15 mins makes difference

    Hi friends,
    After long time.. m planning to start some workout. This is strictly for those who always want to start exercise but due to there laziness or some excuse or some daily chores doesnot allows them to start.
    Believe me girls its never too late to start at any point of time.. just think about your body and start giving only 15 mins of the day to urself.

    Even m also out of those who just plan to start walk n exercise but have lots of excuses. But this time m serious to love my body and care about it, those who want to join are welcome to join with enthusiasm and we all can encourage or motivate to each other by simply giving ur details in below form.
    Monday/ 15 mins. Day1
    Walk 10 mins
    5 mins exercise for hands

    Hi Teddy,


    It's always good to exercise. Are you going for weightloss then 10 mins walk wont work. Atleast you need 1/2 hr brisk walk to shake your body. But you can start slow and later increase the time. Best of luck.

    My today's workout
    2 miles Leslie sansone walk
    air cycling 5 mins
    side bends 10 sets
