    Suma,
Why is this chart drawn? Come on baby! Relax! Try to forget some of the hard journey! That will let you relax!
Set up the next step and think only that, not all hard stuffs that has happened in the past. You are stressing yourself too much!
    Take care.

Dear Sumalynux, I hope everything goes fine... where did u reach in ur journey??

I guess ur first hurdle that u have to overcome is ur weight (as i can see the ticker with 82kgs). Did u know i weighed only 60 kgs and still the doc said that i needed to lose weight... I lost only 2-3 kgs and my periods were regular and concieved naturally. Todays main problem in women in weight... if that is normal, everything else in ur body will function normally....

Keep up ur spirit and first lose ur weight then everything will fall in place...

for some women, their ovaries dont produce eggs on monthly basis. with excercising and losing some weight, the ovaries will get active and do its duty promptly.
same thing happened to me too. i gained weight from 58 to 65kgs after wedding and cudnt get pregnant for 1 year. i started exercising and lose only 2 kgs but fell pregnant the next month.

    Hi All,

    Please note my journey below:

    1. Had high levels of prolactin level-went on meds and it came to normal

    2. TTC from nov 13 and no results, got all tests done-*

    DIABETES NORMAL

    BP NORMAL

FSH AND LH RATIO 1:18 - PCOD

RUBELLA - NON IMMUNE - GOT VACCINATION
(now cant try for 3 mths)

Doc has advised to follow below:

    1. Apcod sachet twice daily for 3 mths
    2. Ovral L to cure pcod and avoid getting preg during 3 mths
    3. Folvite daily
    4. No wheat rice sugar bread butter pizza coke etc. Only askd me to tk raagi roti or poha
    5. Askd to reduce weight by 5 more kgs from 54 to 49 as i m 153 cms
    6. Walk 45 mins daily*

basically askd me to follow healthy lifestyle but i am working and plus after taking rubella vaccination got fever and bodyache(muscle pain)

my periods are regular and doc said ur eggs ruptured. Askd me to try after 3 mths.

but m worried as she advised strict diet etc which i m unable to follow.

    Hi Ladies,

When I was going through the TTC, there was infact difference of opinion about whether i was PCOS or not. One doctor said I wasnt, he did glucose tolerance test, did Ultrasound. The other one said I am because i have been having irregular periods. They also say women with PCOS miscarrying chance is little higher, which happened to me twice. I was not overweight but i was on the edge of normal to overweight. I started walking and climbing stairs. Atleast two miles everyday and climbing 4 floors twice a day. I did reduce atleast 20 pounds in almost one year. I didnt do any other work out. But I ate healthy. I also started drinking Raspberry leaf tea twice a day. I am not sure if it is available in India, i live in US and almost all organic food co-ops carry it. My grandma used to say sprouted green grams is good for people TTC, which i ate as well. I was put on clomids again. This helped me.

Good Luck to all Ladies out there going through TTC. May God Bless you all.

    Dear roochee,

Have faith and dont loose hope......all will be fine.........

i would suggest, u can take a second opinion from another doctor, just to confirm that even though u have regular periods, ur eggs are ruptured...when i found out i had PCOS, i visited almost 3-4 doctors and all gave me the same ans... reduce weight, eat healthy and keep trying...

But as for now do as ur current doctor has advised u... but alongside u can take a second opinion....

BTW i guess according to ur height, ur weight is normal.......and exercise doesnt mean going to the gym, u can do simple things like climbing stairs.....walking rather than using vehicles whenever possible, taking short walks in ur office, etc......

So just stay positive(IT MAKES A LOT OF DIFFERENCE) and take care....
