Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- April 2014

    ====
    Meal 1- 1/2 litre water , methi , lemon juice with honey, 5 almond , banana
    Meal 2- 2 chapathi , veg curry
    Meal 3 - green tea, 2 oranges
    Meal 4 - mushroom carrot rice , cucumber raitha
    Meal 5 - green tea, banana,½ apple
    Meal 6 - salad, 2 chapathi , egg white

    Water - 3.5 litre

    Exercise
    ======
    walking - LS 2 mile + 4 mile
    Face and neck exercise

    Slept by 11.00 pm and woke up by 5.00 am after years....
    Feeling good after good night rest.
    Last 3 weeks, getting to sleep less than 6 hrs every single day.
    Need to work on getting atleast 7 hrs of sleep.

    Ok, here I am, ready for Friday.

    2 green tea
    1 cup tea
    2 roti,rajma
    2 roti,rajma,salad
    1 cup tea, whole grain crackers
    2 roti,green beans curry, salad
    pear

    water:3.5 lt

    exercise: LS 4 mile
    strength training workout

    1. Keep food journal and record every single byte-done
    2. Eat every 2-3 hours-not done
    3. eat fruit everyday-done
    4. exercise 6 days/week-done

    point:0.75

    total point: 1+1+1+1+0.75+1+1+1+1+0.75= 9.5/10

    Hi ladies,

    Couldn`t update for the last few days because of problems in net connectivity. Feels great to be back again. Now for update

    April 1st - 62.5 kg
    April 10th - 61.8 kg
    Status - 0.7 kg lost
    Points accumulated - 7/10

    Don`t know about the next two days because DS`s bday is coming and I have to bring up some trick from my bag. Hmmm... let`s see

    I didn't follow my challenges for the first 10 days properly. Now for the next 10 days

    Have multivitamin daily
    15 min lower body exercise
    Light dinner
    Face care
