    Hi Ladies,

    This month's challenge is to drink 1L of water a day. This is one of the easiest things you can do to shift your weight. We will start with 1L this month and slowly increase our water intake.

    1L of water every day for 2 weeks, you will be amazed at what this small change can do.

    This challenge starts on the 5th, so you have a few days to get ready for it :)
