    1 plum
    2 roti,beans curry,salad
    1 cup tea
    2 roti,rajma,salad
    melon

    exercise: LS 3 mile walk
    strength training workout

    1. Keep food journal and record every single byte-done
    2. Eat every 2-3 hours-done
    3. eat fruit everyday-done
    4. exercise 6 days/week-done

    Morning: Warm water with fenugreek seeds
    Breakfast: 2 Dosa with coconut chutney + Green tea
    MM: Boiled groundnut
    Lunch: Curd rice + Kovakkai fry
    MA: Green tea + Apple
    Evening: Coffee + Broken Wheat Halwa
    Dinner: 1 Veg paratha + Dahi puri + Rabdi

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: 20 mins Walking

    Challenges:
    1. Exercise for 30 mins - Not Done
    2. Drink 3 litres of water - Done

    Points: 0.5
    Total Points = 1 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 2

    1 chapati with pumpkin curry, rasam & salad

    Will be drinking more water to complete my challenge

    Runs are happening only every alternate day! I'm trying to fit in some Zumba twice a week at least. Entire month of march, I didn't do that.
    I'm hoping to see the scale go below 115 this week but doesn't look like it. I'm craving junk and eating tons of chips and chocolates. So much for the 110 goal. I'm starting fresh today!
