    Breakfast 2 slice bread with green tea
    lunch 1 3 chapathi
    lunch 2 1/4 cup rice with sothi and mango
    snacks dark chocolate small amount and coffee mocha
    dinner beans soup and kolukatai

    water 1 to 1 and Half ltr
    exercise ls walk 2 miles
    had green tea
    added fruit and veg
    late night dinner

    breakfast 3 green gram dosa with ginger chutney
    mm butter milk
    lunch 1.5cups of rice with veggies
    evening green tea
    dinner 2 chapathi with veggies
    water more than two liters
    exercise none

    3 out of four. will have to try for all four on the list.

    DAY 1 CHALLENGE ( April 1st 2014) - 100% Successful.

    BREAKFAST-276 calories
    2 home made pulka no oil
    1 cup mushroom vegetable curry

    LUNCH-345 calories
    2 home made pulka no oil
    1 cup Egg burgi

    EVENING - 15 calories
    1 cup green tea with honey

    DINNER - 335 calories
    1 home made pulka no oil
    1/4 cup mushroom vegetable curry
    1 cup vegetable fish soup
    1/4 cup wheat gram cooked

    EXERCISE - 200 calores
    Walking on thread mill - 20 mins - 100 cals
    Stepper - 10 mins - 100 cals

    WATER - 2 ltrs

    Highly Motivating..!! Kudos to Sweetyk:thumbsup for keeping the thread active..

    My Diet Plan for tmr:

    BF: Bowl of Lemon Poha
    Mid day snack: Apple + Yogurt
    Lunch: 3 Rotis + Any Veg Sabzi+ Dal & Thin butter milk
    Eve Snack: Green tea + Bowl of sundal
    Dinner:2 slices Brown bread + Omlette

    I need to keep track on water intake..!!

    Coffee with 1tspn sugar
    Breakfast: 3appam + green gram curry
    Lunch : 3roti+mutter paneer + 1sweet lassi
    Snacks1 : 1bowl grapes.
    Snacks2 : 1biscuit(chocolate) + 2 almonds
    Dinner : 1.5 chapati+ 1 big bowl green gram curry
    Water : 1.5ltrs

    Water quantity better from previous day but still need to drink more.

    lunch 2 chapathi and 1/4 cup rice with chicken,small amt of veggie nd grapes
    snacks green tea and tuna salad
    Dinner chicken casserole nd 1 slice bread
    milk


    8 glass water ,exercise-10 mins aerobics and 10 suryanamaskaram,early dinner,added veg and fruit,
