21 Days Challenge - April 1st - April 21st

    Today food journals

    coffee

    BF
    Green gram sprouts 100gm (boiled)
    snake gourd kootu

    11.00 - green tea

    Lunch

    watermelon - one bowl

    Evening - cofee with two biscuits

    6.30 - green tea

    dinner - cucumber (2) and carrot (4)

    walk - morning 40 mins
    eve 40mins

    water - 5ltr.

    tmw onwards, try to avoid coffee.
    use milk without sugar.

    Hi Sweety,

    Great Challenge - I'll also start with you, though I missed the first day.
    My diet plan is:

    Breakfast: Rice + mungbean porridge ( 1 cup)
    Snack: yogurt
    Lunch: Veggies + protien + carbs
    Eve: Herbal Tea
    Dinner: Veggies + protein

    Ill exercise for atleast 30 mins and drink 1.5L ( 8 glasses) of water

    1. 3 litre water daily
    2. 60 min exercise /yoga/walking
    3. 2 green tea
    4. Early dinner before 7
    5. compulsory fruits and vegetables daily

    Hi I wish to join with you. I lost the track for 3 weeks now I wish to face this challenge and maintain it.
    my challenge
    1) 8 glasses of water
    2) green tea daily
    3) at least 30 mins exercise
    4) early and lite dinner
    5) add fruits and veggies daily

    Coffee with 1tspn sugar
    BF : ragi bread 4slices with jam and butter
    Lunch : Rice+bottle guard sabzi+ aviyal
    Snacks1: 1idli+ 1 medu vada
    Snacks2: 1/2 mini snickers and 1/2 mini almond bar
    Dinner : 1.5Chapathi + 3piece chicken gravy.

    1.2Ltr water
