    Update for 22.03.2014

    Morning: Warm water + Coffee
    Breakfast: 1 Banana + 1 slice Bread toast
    MM: Thattai

    Lunch: Rice with Tangy brinjal & drumstick gravy + ladies finger poriyal + chocolate
    Evening: Coffee
    Dinner: 3 Chapthis with onion tomato gravy + Halwa

    Water: 1.5 litres
    Exercise: Nil

    Hey everyone,

    All of you are doing good..
    Mathi- 3 fries.. :clap

    My weekend was okay.
    Friday:
    M: Oats+blueberries+yogurt+flax
    MM: Green Tea
    L: Channa dal soup+brown bread (outside)
    E: 1 apple
    Dinner: cabbage, moong dal soup + 3 WW bread
    Exercsie: 45 mins spinning+few reps of weights

    Saturday:
    B:
    Oats vege upma
    MM: Chick peas (post workout)
    L:Ate out- 1 tandoori roti+dal palak (no butter) + 1 tiny bite of jamoon+some roti+few curries from dh's plate+1 pappad
    E: 1 dhokla
    D: cabbage soup+little leftover oats upma
    Exercise: 45 mins aqua

    Sunday:
    M: Rava rotti+2 ww bread+baked beans
    MM: 1 egg white (post workout)
    L: Pasta (with quark+basil)+green leaves cherry tomatoes salad
    E: 2 egg puffs
    D: Pasta
    Exercise: 45 mins aqua

    Girls,

    I found this cheese called QUARK (vegetarian) and fat free, less carbs, less salt, good protein.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(dairy_product) Initially I was sceptical later read about it. It is like greek yogurt. We used it to make pasta yesterday and it was yummy. Have you used this before?

    bf - milk, upma, 4 dates
    lunch - brown rice, tomato sambar, rasam, cabbage poriyal
    es - milk, few pakodas, orange, 1 slice apple
    dinner- 3 millet dosa, sambar

    water - 3 ltrs
    exercise - 3 mile ls hiitz,15 brisk walk

    I have lost 1 kg in spite of erratic diet. :bonk :biggrin2:

    oats 1 cup for breakfast

    11 :00 - had a hand ful of nuts to satisfy hunger pranks

    1:00 - 2 cups curd rice

    4:00 had a cup of green tea

    7:30 - three small rotis with raita

    sorry guys couldn't update for sat.

    saturday
    morning : 1 cup warm water +honey+ lemon juice
    bf: -1 cup avocado milkshake
    lunch:- 1 cup rice with rasam
    dinner:-4 idlis + sambar
    water - 2 lts
    exercise- nil ( not in the mood to do )

    sunday

    today holiday for diet :)hide:)

    morning:- 1 cup warm water +honey + lemon juice.
    bf:- 3 idlis+ sambar
    lunch :- 1 small cup rice + egg potato+drumstick gravy

    went to beach so ate 1 full fish fry,
    dinner :- 2 tbsp veg. fried rice, 1/2 bowl veg soup, 4 pieces chilli garlic chicken dry
    1 cup fresh strawberry fruit milkshake( had everything in hotel)

    exercise- nil
    water :- 2 lts.

    thanks Mahe.. This 3 also i would not have had. I was squeezing the oil from the fries and the fries got mashed.LO and DH didnt want that much damaged fries. So i did justice to them by gobbling into my stomach...yumsmiley
