    Good morning friends...

    It is too cold in hyderabad..could not manage to get up early today for workout..
    Planning to do workout in office gym:)

    Update on 4th Mar

    Diet :
    8AM : 1 cup tea
    10AM : 1 moong dal dosa with green tea
    11:30AM: fistful sprouts
    1PM : 1 cup rice with spinach curry and moong dal
    4:30PM : green tea with 1/2 spinach corn sandwich
    8:15 PM : 3 roti with cauliflower curry

    Workout : 30 min elliptical 300 cal

    Did you observe any fat loss with your rigorous workout like... jeans becoming very loose
    reduction in facial fat.

    Yesterday i walked 20mins and 80mins. Total of 1.5hrs...

    Planning to gradually increase it to 2hrs per day.

    Upate for 4/3/14

    Morning : Warmwater+honey+lemon
    Breakfast : Sooji upma
    Lunch : Sooji upma again (Leftover of the breakfast)
    Dinner : 2 roti with broad beans sabzi

    No walk.
    Tried with Situps-10, Lunges -10,Pushups-10,Squats-10

    Hi Lakshmi....

    Now I feel like very lighter my body and very active than before.

    I am doing my workout easily than before. all my jeans and tops r very loose.

    Now iam using belt for my jeans yaar. Feeling so happy.

    My husband said that you can stop your diet and excercise because you already reach your taget. I felt sooo happy. But no still want to loose my weight.

    My target is 120 pounds. Still I want to lose 30 pounds. I lost 21pounds till now.

    I lost 9 pounds in November 2013 and remaining 12 pounds lost from jan 25 th .

    coming to India in April 1st week. So I can do workout next 3 weeks only.

    Now my current target : 140 pounds. Hope will reach my target...:thumbsup

    Today update
    Morning lemon with honey
    Breakfast half bagel with cream cheese
    Lunch 2 chapathi and 1/4 cup of rice
    Snack iced coffee and chips
    green tea
    Dinner chapathi 5 and mothers horlicks

    exercise none

    Today I felt very tired so ate alot and also no exercise anyhow I will be in track from tomorrow onwards.

    Week - 2 Challenge (3/2/2014 - 3/9/2014) - 8 Days (20,000 calories)

    3/4/2014 update :

    Work out:

    Cardio : 1000 calories

    Strength : 30 mins

    Yoga : 30 mins

    Diet :

    6:00 am - Coffee

    9:00 am - 1 toast + smoothie

    12:00pm - 3 idly + sambar

    3:00 pm - Snacks + soda

    6:00 pm - vada + tea.

    I went to shopping with my friend today. Could not do proper diet and workout.

    Iam going to India soon. So busy with shopping and packing etc....thinkingsmiley
