March 2014 Challenge - Keep a Food Log Everyday

    Dear IL'ites,

    The challenge is to keep a simple food log for the month (use attached template).

    Keeping food log is a keystone habit. Once you start doing that, so many fitness benefits follow.

    Download the template, make 10 copies for the month and start keeping your log. Don't worry about making judgment on it. The task it to just log your food intake. That's it.

    Join the challenge! Everyday, you need to make a simple update like below -

    "Challenge Completed for Today
    1/12 Days"

    You have completed the challenge successfully, if you have done 25/31 Days. If you fall short, try again next month.

    Hi, nice challenge and I would like to join. One query though, can I just maintain a log in an Excel/Word for my comfort or does it have to be on the template you provided?

    I too have the same question as CB. Can we maintain it in a different template? and is calorie counting necessary?

    CB/Amihere, you can maintain it in an excel too. The template is for those who need one. Calorie counting is necessary. If you don't know how many calorie something has, ask in this thread and let other help you.
