    I will join shortly..I dont my result yet..Expecting to be positive. But maintaining diet without oil foods and with brown rice.

    Last night read an article(net)
    Summarizing:

    Fat tend to store the place where it is previously stored.
    In women esp in thighs,butts,breasts.biceps,etc.
    Your body will adapt to your regular workout and at one point it start to stay static (permanent metabolic rate.)
    RESULT:
    Your body is maintained
    But what about those stubborn fat in spots????

    The only way to bust them off:

    Not to confine yourself into a definite pattern of workout.

    Switch your workout pattern once in fortnight/month.

    Eg.,
    If you are following an hr walking in morning/evening for months,this will let you to burn whole body calories,but not spot reduction.
    make a change.

    Do some yoga/stretching exercise/LS/JM/aerobics for 20 minutes and then 40 minutes walk.
    Next month 1/2 hr indoor workout and 1/2 hr walk.
    Then third month back to your 1 hr walk.

    Plan your The workout as per your time schedule.

    Week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 - 2/28/2014 ) - 5 Pounds ( 17500 Calories)

    2/28/2014 - Update :

    My Diet :

    6:00 am - Coffee
    9:00 am - 1 Toast + v8
    12:00 pm - 1 Dosa + Butter milk
    3:00 pm - Fruits
    6:00 pm - Quinoa + Juice.

    Gym : 2500 calories.
    I have finished 17500 calories in this week -1 challenge. Feeling happy...:)

    Today update feb 28
    Morning lemon with honey
    Breakfast mango milkshake
    Lunch brown bread sandwich and 1/2 cup of rice with moong dhal and spinach
    snack 1 cup payasam
    Snack coffee with moong dhal
    Dinner 2 bajri dosa and mothers horlicks

    For Exercise I tried JM shred but my baby disturbed me and can't continue with the rest half but I really thank him because I just got a severe pain in my thighs and hands so that I can't even do my daily chores:cry: .i think JM shred is a most effective way to reduce weight but wanna be more cautious,Jm reminds me a strict army trainer .

    I reduced weight from 78.2 to 76.7kg in three weeks.it maybe not a big achievement but i lost many times by eating junky foods in this mission so it's really a good improvement .i'll try to be more sincere in my diet .with happy happy ending:banana I'm going to sleep bye tc friends.let us rock in March also...

    my update 28/2/14

    Morning : 1/2 litre warm water+honey+lemon
    Bf: Had lemon rice
    Lunch : 2 pesarattu + cucumber+ raddish salad
    Evening : green tea and 1 oats dosa
    Dinner : egg fried rice (i got tempted :bang)

    Walk :45 min

    Today checked my weight.
    Whoa!!!!!!!
    Last week its 68.6 +
    AND
    Today its 68.200......400+ gms OFF.

    Everyday its only 250-300 calories burning off and this much effect.
    2100 per week.....

    Without diet and only workout,shedding of this miniscule per week, sound a great milestone for me.
    Excited and wish this pattern should continue.If so I can surely shed nearly 2kgs per month.


    Prameela,you are wholly in my thought when I got down from the weigh machine.
    17500 calories per week.....
    Inspiring me a lot buddy.

    Going to have change over in my workout from Monday onwards.

    Strength : 30 mins

    Yoga : 30 mins

    Diet :

    6:00 am - Coffee

    9:00 am - Break fast

    12:00pm - Lunch

    3:00 pm - Green Tea

    6:00 pm -Dinner
