    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories
    2/25/2014 - update :

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - Coffee
    2. 9:00 am - soup
    3. 12:00 pm - 2Dosa + Liver curry + smoothie
    4. 3:00 pm - snacks
    5. 6:00 pm - Egg Noodles + banana

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    :eek:mg: Burning 2500 calories daily.you are rocking gal!! I wanna learn a lot from you.keep it up and take care of your health.add more veg salads too it will give you more energy to workout in gym.sprinkle me with some of your tips to maintain the consistency.

    Today update
    mrng lemon with honey
    breakfast 2 wheat bread with hummus and hot chocolate
    lunch 2 chapathi nd 2 tbsp rice with some veg poriyal
    snack coffee nd popcorn
    dinner 4 idli nd milk

    exercise ls walk 2 mile

    snack and heavy late night dinner are the reason for failure in my weightloss mission but again doing the same mistake :bonk

    Here goes my update(25-Feb-2014)

    8AM:Tea with sugar
    10AM:Moong dal dosa 1
    11:30AM:apple
    1PM:veg sandwich,sprouts veg salad,buttermilk
    5PM:green tea + 1/2 sandwich
    8:30PM: 3 pulka,dal

    Workout:elliptical 25 mins burnt 250 cal

    I am getting exhausted after 15 mins of workout..Please help me with tips any

    I also want to start with some aerobic dance at home.
    @suma : can you please share the aerobics video that you are following. Bcoz i checked some of the videos and they are like almost dancing which i cant do .I dont know the ABC's of dancing

    And i need a diet plan from somebody. Please share your ideas also.

    11:30AM: 1 jug Green tea

    [FONT=Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]1PM: Veggies + 2 chapati + 1 Butter milk[/FONT]

    5PM: 1 Apple + 1 cup tea

    8:30PM: Rice with fish curry

    Workout:20 min walking

    Definitely will add more veg.salads in my daily diet...
    I like to do healthy diet + healthy exercise for fast weight loss.
    My only suggestion is what ever you can do for your weight loss just do it...:2thumbsup:

    Hi girls , good to see everyone charged up !!! Iam down with viral infection no exercise since two days now but still maintainin the diet . Hope to catch up by the weekend
