I have PCOS and Rheumatoid arthritis.I feel confident that with regular exercise you can overcome lot of things.I really feel my regular exercise helping me alot.

If you are not doing regular execise, please invest in that.I beleive regular exercise for women is more than her own kids :)

You forgot!!! You sent a picture :(
20 pounds will go by soon enough Priya. Dont worry. Where are you on the BMI scale?
Green tea+ controlled portions of food intake+ walking 2 miles a day had shown wonders to me. I am not sure if the same applies for pcos thoug, so dont hold me for it.

start doing Leslie walk at home. Then slowly increase your workout.

    some other important things.

I also have thyroid, so many things :) but I feel overall disciplined life helps a lot for all these.I have a friend who sleeps at 2AM and complain on thyroid that she is tired because of thyroid.

As long as you taking medicine and blood readings are normal then you are good.

What we need to do is, doing regular exercise, sleeping on time, don't stress on unnecessary things, eating good food.(more furits and vegetables) and drinking good amount of water.

Practice all those for 6 months then you feel better.
