    Hi Anitha,

my doctor suggested me to cycle and swim.. since i dont know swimming i did cycle :)
Worked out good for me :)

I directly started using Lansinoh 24h breast pads... Initially i felt my nipples cracked. I used Lansinoh nipple shield cream.. Then once milk flow got more when am feeding from one breast other one starts leaking because of whch the pad gets bit wet and nipple stays hydrated.

    Thank you sugan.

Yes, cycling and swimming are the best exercise apart from walking.
I swim and i did cycling till October end and because of bad weather cudnt do.

As ashwini did, even i do lara dutta prenatal yoga, but i have already taken Yoga classes last summer.

    HI Ladies,

I've a confusion in choosing the right sanitary pads... Kotex (cotton finish but don't know if it will absorb more liquid) or Always (plastic finish, this is the pad I have been using since years). But, post delivery which one is good?

Ofcourse, we need to buy maxi, overnight ones.

    Please throw your thoughts..

    Hello everyone,
A quick advise.. Please get ur newborns screened for thyroid. It is rare but if detected early it is better. No family history as such but We got it checked for my daughter by fluke and she has it. Had we lost two years, her brain development would have been hampered.

    anitha,

Fam (night with wings) was very good.the cotton surface wont rub against sensitive areas. I also was using always, but its not good post delivery. When bleeding is less always cotton(pink) is good.

Thanks Purple, I pray no baby shd get any such issues, but screening is very important for early cure.

Last week my baby's stomach was bloated too much, so we took her to doctor and he doubted hershes, she as advised to be admitted to hospital. Poor baby had to be given IV and we did her blood tests and that is when we found abt this. She has had no symptoms of thyroid, but her luck that we got her screened and found it.

    Hi Ladies,

This is for those who delivered normally without epidural. Last pregnancy, I had to use epi so my lower body got numbed and I didn't feel a thing when pushing or stitching my vagina tears.

Question is, when we don't take epi we try to push the baby (ofcourse with pain) but while stitching vagina, will dr give any local anesthesia or anything to bear the stitching pain (if there is single or more tears)?
