    I need a bit of time to get myself ready for workout like a digital weighing scale, my shoes and some sports high impact brassiere(nursing mom)!!

    will join ASAP. In the meanwhile I would live to read how all are having a high spirits to lose weight! :)

    Thanks, Sridevi. My husband wants variety and I like to experiment sometimes.

    Feb 2:

    2 brown bread with Fat free cheese/ FF Milk
    broken wheat/ Chou Chou sambar/ beans
    2 Rava Dosas without oil/FF milk

    4 prunes/2 clementines
    2 chocolate chip cookies

    30 min workout

    Feb 3:

    2 Brown bread with egg white and lots of veggies
    FF milk
    broken wheat with butter beans curry
    Pongal with very less oil

    Sancks: 3-4 spoons Bhel puri / 2 prunes
    I ate something else but I forgot

    30 min Eliptical

    Feb 4:

    1/2 White bread with cheese( my DD's bf left over)
    FF milk - Egg white with lots of veggies
    1 Turkey slice(30 cal)
    1 Methi Roti with veg.paneer(I just sauteed vegetables and paneer with chili powder and salt - no name for this)
    2 Prunes
    2 Oreo biscuits without the cream(my DS eats only the cream and I don't want to throw the biscuits away as I like them :thumbsdown)

    Sridevi, Can I know the burrito recipe? Did you put rice/chili inside?

    Hi All,

    Need advice on dinner time/menu choices etc. I usually have my dinner at 9.00pm and sleep off by 10.30 pm as i need to be up early. I tried to move my dinner time to 8.00pm but most days hubby is not back from work or kiddo hasn't had his dinner till then, so mostly it gets delayed to 9.00pm only.

    I feel extremely hungry by 9.00pm and gobble up upto 3 rotis with the curry, dal and salad. I am now incorporating a habit to eat something by 6.00pm but still my dinner portion is the same.

    Any ideas on what to include during dinner times which is less in calories and at the same time makes one feel full.

    Feb 4: 0 point- no exercise and bad food choices.

    Feb 5: 0 point- no exercise and heavy dinner..
    I can see I am getting lazy to do workouts...
    I dont know why. Obsolutely my body is not wanting to move...
    I wonder I never felt this way any time before...
    Hope will re start tomorrow...

    I'm enjoying Zumba classes laks. I have 4 classes that I can attended and I managed to go for 3. One was missed cos of extended meeting.

    I'm having 2 liter water n work out but can't Ctrl my food :( I see junk n I eat it :( I have no self Ctrl :(
