    Carrot Chinese noodles salad

    If you craving Chinese but want to go healthier and totally veggie try this new innovation by me.

    Ingredients :

    2 Cups carrot ( Shredded length wise like a noodle)
    1 cup cabbage
    1 onion
    1 capsicum
    Ginger powder / Fresh ginger
    1 tsp Vinegar
    1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
    salt as per taste

    Procedure :

    -->Shred the carrots length wise like a noodle.
    -->grate the carrots finely.
    --> Add oil to the pan and add ginger powder to it
    --> saute onions till slight brown
    --> Add the capsicum and just give a stir and switch off the stove.
    --> Add vinegar + dark soy sauce + salt to taste.
    --> Add this mixture to the carrots + cabbage mix.
    --> Mix well and serve this delicious Chinese noodle salad.

    weekend here so busy for next 2 days....

    lost 3 points today... went out had few chips and sweet.... no salad...

    early morning warm water and detox green tea
    bf - ragi dosa with curd
    mm _ grapes
    lunch _ whole wheat pasta with chicken
    evening _ few chips and pizza
    dinner _ sweet 1/2 bowl pulao...
    bb guava and greentea

    walking _ 2 miles

    water 2.5 ltrs

    Diet:
    Morning: Fenugreek + water
    Breakfast: 2 chapathis + rajma masala + green tea
    Mid morning - Low fat milk
    Lunch - Keerai masiyal + Oatmeal + veggie salad
    Evening - green tea
    Dinner - whole wheat pasta with veggies

    Water: 4.5lts

    Exercise:

    45 mins walk.
    Dinner at 8pm.

    Food intake:
    2 Green tea
    1 cup tea,3 whole wheat bread
    Water melon
    2 roti,peas curry, salad(tomato, onion, cucumber, capsicum, lettuce)
    1 cup milk,1 whole wheat bread
    2 roti,curry,raita
    apple

    Exercise: 30 min. walk

    Water: 2.5 lt

    CONSISTENCY - 1 point

    KEEP FOOD JOURNAL - 1 point

    WATER INTAKE - 1 point

    EXERCISE - 1 point

    STOP EATING ( 8.30pm) - 1 point (dinner at 8.00)


    NO SUGARY TREATS - 1 POINT

    Eat a fresh veggie salad with lunch or dinner - 1 point

    Don't eat any potato chips, tortilla chips, cheetos, (anything in a bag in the chip section of the grocery store) - 1 point

    BF- 2 brown rice -15 bean adai + 1 cup horlicks
    MM- 400 ml of green tea
    Lunch - 2 methi phulka, chayote poriyal, curd
    Eve- 1 cup tea, 1/2 pear
    night - 2 idli with brinjal chutney + carrot salad

    Work out - JM shred level - 1 , arm workouts
