Advice on diet for Thyroid and PCOS

Can any one suggest me quick diet which opt for curretn situation to cure PCOD ?

eat sprouts consisting of green gram , groundnut,brown channa, sesame seeds..this will help a lot in balancing hormones....continue to follow this for few months ,at least six months , u will start to find some changes.

what is sukh powder? Do you mean sukhad/chandan?
I do not have irregular periods, but I was diagnosed with PCOS 16 years ago. I had two successful pregnancies. Few months ago, I got diagnosed that I am mild pre-diabetic. At present I am trying to loose weight but its a uphill walk. For past 3-4 months, I have been doing cardio of 30-60 min/day for 5-6 days/week and 2-3 days of strength training per week. I have only lost 2-3 lbs.
Did you take cinnamon+sukh+honey+hot water and Pineapple juice as well? or either of them will work for weight loss? Please let me know, I am in a dire situation.

I am 26 yrs old , married for 3 years, [COLOR=#009900 !important]i have PCOS[/COLOR] and was taking treatment. initially ovulated in clomid but now am [COLOR=#009900 !important]developing[/COLOR] cyst, what can be done?, any one faced the same situation and then conceived? pls let me know

am planning to take treatment in Srusti, ramapuram ,any1 heard abt srushti fertility center in chennai ramapuram or have personal experience with the same let me know?
