    bread slice,peanut butter
    apple
    quinoa,raddish curry,yogurt, mint chutney
    multifrain porridke with milk and jaggery
    vegetables with yogurt
    nuts

    exercise- 3 mile walk
    15 sets SN
    water- 3 ltrs.

    min 7 hr sleep/breathing routines-1
    weekly once low carb diet-done yesterday.

    This 10 days, I am going very easy on me, since I know I came in complete control of food and exercise. Running on tight schedules...so, paying attention to sleep and breathing...
    I am gradually losing ...I hope I am in the right direction.
    My aim is to reach 128 pounds this month.

    Hope you all having great days ahead. And I had formatted the excel sheet lil as lucid. Think, nobody will be having any prob with that.

    Achoo..praying to the god! lol....my bday and wedding day marches on in another couple of days.....My hubby planned to take me out to deccan plaza for lunch n dinner.... :eek:mg:...really worried now itself, the reduced point . kg might go up again....pls boost me dears....

    Hi dears, I managed to do LS walk for the past 3 days and I believe I ll continue the same.. :) hope will reduce atleast 1 kg this month.

    BF-2 slice brown bread with egg
    Lunch-2 chapathi with veg curry
    Dinner-1 uthappam with chutney

    WO-floor excercise 20 min
    LS walk-2 miles

    Todays updates
    BF-3 idli with chutney
    Lunch-1 egg sandwich
    Snacks-1 banana and 1/2 glass milk
    Dinner-veg sandwich
    1 glass milk

    WO-LS walk-3 miles

    Best part first time in my life,I threw an Icecream....My daughter bought for her and choclate vannilla mix..and she didnt eat...so she gave me....but when she went away I threw in the dustbin....first time I have ever done it...I can now withstand my cravings for choclates and sweets..:clap...I'm so happy for me

    1 cup tea, 2 brown bread,curry
    Blueberry
    2 roti,moong dal, salad(tomato, onion, cucumber, capsicum, lettuce)
    2 green tea
    Kurmura bhel
    2 roti, beans curry, salad(tomato, carrot ,onion)
    Apple
    1 cup milk

    Exercise: JM 30 day shred Level 2(day 13)- 30 min.
    LS 2 miles-30 min.

    Water: 3.5 lt

    challenges:
    1. No junk, no sweets - done-0.25
    2. Exercise 6 days- done-0.25
    3. Two fruits per day- done-0.25
    4. Two green tea per day- done-0.25
