    Dear RGS,

    There is so much to learn from people who live around us. Flower vendor is one of them. There are so many heroes who live life of that kind without any fanfare and only a select few at the highest echelon get attention for their accomplishments in the society. There are so many unsung heroes. They lead an ideal and purposeful life and it is their hope and attitude that drives them to success to make the next generation to do even better.

    Let this new year bring you a lot of prosperity, health, wealth, joy and peace.

    Thanks Viswa, for your kind wishes and for a lovely feedback. I reminisced those moments of joy that I had while reading the elegy written in a county churchyard, by Thomas Gray again. I had it during my college days and it is one of those that remains there in me. Yes, he is a role-model in a sort of way. Thanks again. -rgs
