Yes. Not for permanent position. They can hire as CW(contracting job), which is ~28hrs in week(not sure exact hours). 4 hrs a day is maximum limit. For this, you don't need any work visa. once you get work permit and clear exam (like IELTS), you can permanent position also. Check out in Yokohoma/Kawasaki..Many Indians will work in Indian Intl schools... Best of luck.
