Need weight loss buddies for 15 kg weight loss till june 2014 !!!!

    Jan 04 2014 updates:

    Today did not exercise nor diet.

    Diet:

    Brunch: Vegetable biryani
    Dinner: Whole wheat pasta

    Junk: Had 4 spoons of nutella after brunch since I fet like having something sweet.

    Went shopping. Walked around the mall for almost 4 and half hours. Did not eat anything while shopping as I did not feel like it.

    That's about it. Gotta get into the groove tomorrow.

    I want to loose at lest 4 kg by June
    Height= 4.8"
    Weight= 54kg (2kg increased in 1 month :shhh:)
    Target weight = 50kg at least.

    Doing walk for 1.5km in morning fast evening slow
    12 sets of surya namaskar .

    Diet:

    Morning: Fenugreek + water
    Breakfast: Oatmeal with nuts
    Lunch: Rice with egg kurma and spinach poriyal
    Dinner: 2 chapathis with egg kurma

    Exercise:

    LS 3 miles + 3 miles treadmill burning 600 calories= 6 miles for the day.

    todays intake -
    bf - banana , coffee
    lunch - 1/4 cup rice , okra curry , dal rasam
    eve - pomo seeds
    dinner - 2 roti , dal rasam

    exercise -
    40 mins total body

    Morning - Glass of water and small cup sudal
    Mid morning - coffee (1/2 cup) + 2 orange
    lunch - wheat poha+ dhal and curd + spinach
    mid evening - sundal
    7- orange 3 pieces
    Dinner - papaya + carrot
    one glass of milk without sugar

    Yoga - 45 mins
    LS walk - 3mile.
