My weight loss way.....

    Weight = 63.7 kgs :)bang)

    God knowz why on the earth the scale is not going down thogh I am eating moderately.
    Hmmm anyway i have to figure it out....it has to happen it has to happen....I will make it happen.....

    That's the spirit dear :clap . Do not give up. Keep the spirits up and try harder. Even am sailing in the same boat, but did not give up. Actually to be frank, we do not have any other option rather then trying harder to lose weight in a healthy way.

    Hi,

    As a latest update, I have started trying GM diet from today.
    The purpose is to shock the body a little and break its long time routine also the other purpose is to develope a self control in order to watch before eating....

    I will keep you all posted and updated with my feedback. Please do grant me your support for this journey....

    Hello everyone!!

    I am 26 years old, unmarried. My height is 5'2 and my weight is 85 kgs.

    I have been following a healthy diet and walking regularly, and have managed to lose around 15 kgs, but now I have hit a plateau.

    My weight is just not budging. Do any of you have any suggestions on how i can overcome it and continue losing weight again?
    I need to lose lots more to get into shape.

    I will appreciate any advice given, thank you.

    Hi All

    My Height is also 5.2" but my weight is 66 KG. it is not coming down . for the past 4 years after my second baby t is a stand still at 66-67 :(. Got i hate it.

    Will join you guys to motivate each other and reduce this weight.

    My immediate goal is 60 kg in 3 months ( by march 2014)

    today - Dec 19 2013

    cycling - 60 mins
    breakfast - 1 cup upma, i cup coffee
    11 am - i cup - peas
    12.30 - 3 capathi with vegge chutni
    3.30 - 1 cup peas
    thats all till now

    Weight on 19/12/2013 = 62.7 kgs

    So as I told that I have started to follow the GM diet from Tuesday onwards.....Dint found it very hard...rather its quite relaxing kind of I felt fresh from inside and light.....a break from daily taste.

    I kept doing exercise in office gym for 30 mins like walking on treadmill on different speeds and cycling etc...also some dance practice with my son in the evening....

    As ts chilly winters in Delhi now so no outside walk etc....

    Here are few lifestyle changes I have made in last few days and trying to keep doing it:

    1. Drinking lukewarm water throughout the day....
    2. Tea with no sugar.
    3. Lots of salad
    4. Extremely light dinner like salad / soup / one fruit and a glass of milk......

    I hope and wish to keep following my routine.
