I am currently using Dove. Its kind of ok but I want to know if there's something better. I have fine thin hair and hair loss.

Do you know something good ?

    What about these ?
Nivea shampoo, Palmolive, VLCC, Beauty Formulas , Himalaya

A good hair stylist can suggest you the best shampoo according to your hair.

I tried loreal for falling hair...that did not work for me, hair still fell. Now I have moved to Biolage by matrix..with bamboo to strengthen fragile hair, this so far has worked well, but it has only been a couple of weeks although I do notice a big drop in hair fall when I wash my hair.
There is also garnier for falling hair, himalya for falling hair. You do also need to make sure you are not iron deficient as that causes hair loss...I take a daily iron supplement as I am short of iron.

Satinique is very good. The hair fall depends on many reasons . Iron supplements does help . Also one need to add more supliments depending on the diet. If anyone is interested please send me details I will suggest which one to take. I work in a health organization .

    products that can use externally

    1. hair conditioner cum hair pack :
    curd+ hybiscus+ egg+ aloevera+ few drops of any oil (almond/olive/mustard/sesame/coconut/ )

    2.hot oil massage
take any of these oils almond/olive/mustard/sesame/coconut oil which are preheated to luke warm and massage over scalp and wash your hair

    3. any of leave in conditioners
im using himalaya herbals protein hair cream and anti dandruff hair cream as leave in conditioners

    4. break vitamin e oil capsules and massage it on scalp

    5. if you have a dry/tangled hair its better to use any hair serum

    6. if your hair fall is going beyond limits and if you observe any baldness ..you can use a solution from reddy labs "mintop forte 5% if you are women and mintop2% if you are men"

    7. try to wash your hair regularly keep it devoid of dirt, dandruff

    8. heared somewhere that onion juice helps too . i cant suggest this becoz its a very costly thing now a days

    things to be taken internally

    1. eat proteinacious diet, hair is made up of protein only so you need a lot of extra protein fr your healthy hair growth

    2. if you cant manage it through diet try to take multivitamin capsules like novophane (try to consult ur doc before using this tabs)

    3 . vitamin e capsules ex: evion 400mg ( consult ur doc )

    4. seacod capsules ( consult ur doc ) which is a rich source of vitamin a, d and omega fatty acids

5.eat fenugreek seeds and amla juice/ amla pickle/ fruit.

    6. protein rich foods like, milk/curd / sprouted grains can help alot. try to take atleast one item one day

    7. iron supliments

    8. if problm is severe try to chek out your thyroid levels

    9.practice meditation

as of now i only remember this much ...good luck :)

i have been using dove shampoo before but recently i started using this shampoo called Enliven. its quite mild i think because it doesnt irritate my scalp. still ther's some hair loss but doesn't feel like half of my hair is going down the drain.
has anyone used it before ?

I have used Pantene, Garnier Fructis, Dove and Loreal shampoos in the past. Among all these, I find that Garnier Fructis is by far the best for reducing hair loss. I thought I had the most hair loss with Dove. I haven't found any shampoo that might really reduce hair loss, at least to my satisfaction.
