Don;t choose anyone from here. Free visa conversion takes time and the maids character also is a big Question mark. So it is better to select someone from your place ( India) and expense will be the same ( visa conversion and new maid visa charges is almost same). The maid from your place will be more trustworthy compare to locally recruited maid...
