Early Rise - Challenge

    hi friends,

    after a long day interval came back here, how was the challenge going on?

    first to wake up early, have your mind set to it, initially keep 30 min prior alarm, and when it gets snoozed you feel disturbed and you may wake up without knowing, but you should not keep your alarm clock or mobile phone near, keep it far from you, so that you have to wake up to stop the alarm. once you do this for a week or so , you get used to it.

    am waking up around 4.30-5.00am, infact it is not necessary to wake that much earlier, but I prefer to enjoy the morning walk just for 15 - 20 min and after that I sit in my balcony sipping my green tea, I love that a lot, so I used to wake up, by 6 am move to kitchen to make breakfast and lunch to pack for my DS and DH.

    good luck friends to wake up earlier.
