    todays update
    water 4ltrs
    exercise 80mins=8.7kms=910cals(whooo today after my workout.. it looked like i was sweating all over) but felt gud :thumbsup
    breakfast tea/4 idlis/chutney
    lunch oats/curry/curd
    dinner 1 roti/curry/curd/fewdates

    points scored 7.5/10

    this week end instead of eating out, came home and ate only curd rice thinking its a better option :)
