    Hi chitra that is so comforting to hear :) i told my manager y day and he said i can do part time till my baby is 6 months old which eases a lot of my mental tension:). I have'nt completed 1 yr in my present company so i cannot take 12 w leave.

    Hi gals ,
    I was not able to update as I was not well ... I did not take my nausea tablet yesterday .. Today my mom had made puri ... After having that I vomited , and then lunch , evening too i vomitted. I was so tired and I saw blood in that vomit.. Was little scared ..Is it normal to see blood in vomit ... Also I am feeling heart burn ( am able to know when I swallow thro food pipe)

    Hi Harini,

    Blood in vomit is not common. But maybe you strained too hard and hence it irritated some throat muscles and blood came. This is the only reason I can think of.
    Please call and ask your OB doctor and get their opinion too and visit the doctor if needed. Hope you feel better soon.
    I feel like vomitting throughout the day, but luckily never vomitted. I always have ginger candy next to me, and chew a small piece and feel better right away. Also if you smell lemon, it will help.

    My Wednesday appointment was good.

    There was an U/S and I could see the tiny and hands and legs...My baby even did a jiggle for me. :)

    They have drawn blood for down syndrome and the results will be back in 2 weeks.

    Congrats Godisone on seeing your LO.. it is such a precious moment.. I wish the ultrasound would go on and on.. haha

    when is your NT scan where they check for downs? they usually combine the bloodwork reports with the scan and give us results. They did that for me last time and this time also.

    All the best Aarthizone for the NT scan. it will be smooth.
