    hi all lovely ladies, how you all doing???? looks like you all ready to look fit and more good now......I am in too...............

    with my diet and exercise I can do it but its good to be in a group, its encouraging and you get a lot of suggestions from other person............ I don't look that chubby but its all bone weight.. don't know how to reduce it but I am still doing it........... ....

    I won't touch :-

    1. Sweets
    2. Sugar
    3. Junk

    Will drink lots of water
    Will Eat proper diet.....At least for 6 weeks i am determined....May God give us strength to reach our goal smoothly...
    Even i will try to eliminate every stress of my life at least for 6 weeks....

    Count me in.I'm already trying to follow a healthy lifestyle with more veggies,fruits,regular exercise and whole grains.But my one weak point is evening tea with biscuits which i want to avoid(im trying to eliminate dairy from my diet).Maybe i will take this opportunity to try to limit tea to once a week for the 6 weeks.

    Cool! Thread is picking up momentum.
    Since we all have diff set of rules, how about we stick to a format while posting our daily updates?
    I suggest this:

    Day: 1
    1. <your rule here> - <Followed/Failed>
    2. <Your second rule here> - <Followed/Failed>

    Score: 2/2 (ie followed 2 rules out of 2 rules)

    <any more comments you want to add on how your day went, your challenges etc etc goes here>


    That way, you will be able to keep track of your progress and also will provide a visual stimuli when you look at the scores. what say gals?
    I am open to suggestions.

    My rules:

    1) Early Morning: 1 cup of water on empty stomach followed by Multivitamins

    2) Breakfast on time followed by Double strong Green Tea with no sugar

    3) 1 cup of water 1 hr before lunch
    4) Lunch on time followed by 1 square of Dark chocolate (85% cocoa)

    5) 1 cup of water 1 hr after lunch

    6) Evening: Double strong Green Tea with no sugar

    7) 1 Fruit 1 hr before dinner

    8) Early Light Dinner (Strictly no rice)

    9) 1 cup of water before sleep

    10) Minimum 20 mins physical exercise any time of the day
    11) Maximum 1 Junk food/snack allowed

    Everyone has really good ideas! My most useful tip is to eat in the morning to start your metabolism. I know a lot of people are not hungry in the morning but it is a must to have at least some fruit or milk.

    for the innocent minds: junk food is anything that makes you feel guilty after the happy consumption. :crazy

    Ahem, i mean to bring out, even sweets are not junk foods. Our cooks have successfully made sweets from healthy ingredients: mysore pak(besan), carrot halwa, gulab jamoon(milk), snake gourd halwa..

    And they say, chocolates are good for love, but it must be limited so that people belonging to married life section don't start threads in single's section.
