    Day 9 :-
    Meal 1:- Honey water with lemon
    Meal 2 :- Oats soup
    Meal 3 :- Fruits - orange and apple
    Meal 4 :- briyani again with brinjal curry
    Meal 5 :- salted crackers (5)
    Meal 6 :- pav bhaji + mutton puff

    Exercise :- 15 mins workout + 2 km walking

    Oats soup:-

    1/2 cup oats
    water -1 cup water
    salt
    one Onion -small lemon sized
    yoghurt
    curry leaves

    Soak the oats with warm water for 15 mins . Microwave for 1 min .
    Add salt +yoghurt +onion(diced _ +curry leaves into the oats .

    Sorry,posting in this thread after a very long time.Since it was navratri had to take lunch/dinner outside many a times but did portion control and retaining my weight at 143 lbs still.so maybe start diet again from today and post it.

    Meal 2 Tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 rasam rice
    Meal 4 cashews
    Meal 5 tomato rice

    Exercise - no (was down with fever)

    Meal 5 :- salted crackers (5)
    Meal 6 :- tom yum soup with fish and prawn

    Exercise :- 15 mins workout + 2 km running

    Meal 3 Tomato rice
    Meal 4 cashews
    Meal 5 Murukku
    Meal 6 Peanut chikki
    Meal 7 Tea with biscuits
    Meal 8 rotis with mixed veg stir fry and dhal


    Exercise - ran, jumped, danced and played with my kids for almost 1 hour (the most strenuous of all!) :)
