Cracked Heels

I have tried Himalaya herbals foot care cream and it really helps.
Earlier I had used Krack but it did not help much.
Just clean your feet and apply this cream,do not scrub feet vigorously as it causes more dryness.

if you can get mehendi leaves, grind it to paste and scrub your leg on this mehendi paste in a stone.

If you have wash stone in your house.You can scrub your feet on it daily.Your feet will be very smooth and soft.

This is the best medicine for cracked heels.

Wear slippers at all times at home.You will never get cracks.and avoid standing barefoot in water for long time.

As said himalaya foot care is best.There is one home remedy also just heat mustard oil and add 3-4 kapoor.melt it.Wash your feet and apply this over night.You ll find better results.

Hi sush!!

Home remedy:First take a small tub pour little warm water,2drops coconut oil,half spoon salt and soak your feet for 10min,scrub it wirh pumic stone gently and pat your feet dry and apply himalaya foot cream for whole night.

this must be done atleast 3-4 times in a week,to get better results.

psst:Try to wear slippers at your home,to avoid dust to penetrate.

Hi....There is another very effectice home remedy for cracked heel.At nite before u go to sleep, wash ur feet in warm water and apply thick coat of vaseline especially where the cracks are deeper....u can wear cotton socks if u feel like...Doing this for a week wud make ur heel better.....Remember heels and elbows are the most ignored parts of body..we sud ideally spend 5 mins each day on them..Regualr moisturising and cleaning goes a long way in making them beautiful...Since its summer time, we all want to get into those lovely chappals and tiptoes and so it makes its more important that our heels look clean and beautiful.....

hey even i have this problem of cracked heels.. i cant wear slippers at home since my FIL is very orthodox and has god pics almost in all the rooms..
will try himalaya foot cream.. but is it ok if i apply the cream and sleep in the bed.. or will it spoil the bed?? please clear my doubt :bowdown
