Things you want to tell your MIL, but can't.

I want to tell my MIL this (imagine these words being said in Hindi):
Women who are unhappy and dissatisfied with their own husbands only look at the husbands of other women even if that other woman is your DIL and the other husband is your son.

Be content with the income of your hubby and apni aankh mere pati ke paise pe mat lagao!

I know it sounds mean but my PILs, not just MIL but even FIL (perhaps, more so), are both greedy people without even an iota of self-respect!

 

At what point did you turn from humans into heartless greedy monsters - the day your son got engaged or even before that on the day you became parents of a son?

How I wish we could really say this to our MIL's on their face...but never know what other nagging trait they would end up adopting to maintain the equilibrium of troubling us

 

MIL : appa ( FIL) does not know to buy vegetables, milk or anything
Me :
My Mind: yeah he knows only to eat

MIL : appa (FIL) has never entered kitchen to help me
Me :
My Mind : No one is going to give you awards for that

MIL : appa.. blah blah blah
Me :
My Mind : Enough of appa puranas.. Yawning..

 

You said that only after the birth of your Son ,you could sleep peacefully,because Son will only take care of you when your old....... and daughters will leave to their in-laws house....


Then why the HELL you want to have your daughter's with you all the time.Is your Son a brother or Father to your daughters.............. and are your daughters stil naive kids to be taken care of.....

If i say this to you,you would bounce back at me saying......If daughters are married off does that mean i should cut their relationship??????They are the Queens of this house Blah Blah .....

Did that indirectly mean ,by getting a Son,get him married ,and get a Servant free ,to serve you and your daughters!!!

Today morning ,i was so tensed thinking of the work ahead in office......was sitting on the sofa just about to leave
MIL : Did you see the dirt near AC ,looks so bad,no one will enter your room
ME : Go check under your first bed ,you will get a dustbin full.....horrible
MIL : No way
ME : whe DD dropped her bangles down there i was picking them up
MIL : :hide:
ME : coming to the master bed,just look at the corners ,just put your hand and grab,you will get so much of eatables all just thrown over for cockroaches....
MIL : :drowning

ME : :yes:

 

Was getting ready to go to office. Had lots of tensions and work there .
Mil : Fan is full of dust
How many times to tell to clean.
No one cares
blah blah for next 30 mins and started dusting it .. bf was over the table and the dust was falling over the food .
( we had cleaned 15 days back)
I decided not to eat the bf ( dusty one ) and she screamed even more
She was shouting at both me and dh .. Both of us did not reply at all

Mindvoice : First do some dusting in your house. Some of the places is full of spiders and insects

 

ha haha.. well portrayed. My MIL also says the second thing to everyone to show off that she is a landlord's daughter(actually a drunken's daughter she is)
