How do housewives spend their time

    I've always wondered when the term homemaker is used in such a way that working women are not included into that categorization. :) Some imply that the title 'homemaker' apply exclusively to non working women. hence wondered.

    Thread is slightly old, but can't help wonder:
    First you couldn't find a job with suitable timings and now have too much free time.

    How much is there to manage in the home with just the two of you that you need a job with suitable timings? Is your field of work such that it is hard to find a job with timings roughly matching your DH's 9-7pm?

    i work 24*7, 365 days a year, 366 in a leap year..

    i recently quit my job to take care of my kid.....i watch a lot of movies so i dont feel bored at all..

    Thank you for all your replies. Recently i did some quilling work which i enjoyed a lot and was busy with it for few days. now i decided to take up any small job that comes my way. seriously making calls to all the adds i come across. recently found a job which was spoken english teacher and councillor. i went there for one day. there was no toilet there can you all believe? it was 9-6 job and no basic facilities. so i quit that job. now searching again.
