    October 1st 2013 Tuesday:


    Food Plan:

    · Meal 1: 1 apple + 100 ml milk (8:20)
    · Meal 2: 1 bowl cornflakes (9:30)
    · Meal 3: 1 corn stick (11:30)
    · Meal 4: ½ cup daliya + sabji + rasam + curd (1:30)
    · Meal 5: 1 moosambi (4:30)
    · Meal 6: ½ cup daliya + sabji + rasam + curd (7:30)
    · Meal 7: 1 corn stick + 1 ½ slice papaya (9:00)

    Workout Plan:

    · walking on treadmill (40m)
    · Squat and hold (1m)

    Water:

    · 3.5ltrs

    Take your prenatals regularly...
    Hope you are getting some help around here...If not, dont strain yourself too much. Do as much as you can. As your baby grow within, so will your stamina and mental power to face the situation...Its all in the mind. Feel strong and confident. Before even you realize you will be having the wonderful gift added to your beautiful family!

    Dear P4peacock,
    i do remember you, hope you are well dear. your meal plan is not good dear, you need have both carbs and protiens in your diet, in the morning have your cereal or oats, eat everything but in small portions, reduce the usage of oil and also at night make your dinner light, like have one chappati. Drink at least 2 litres of water and are you doing exercises at home or gym, try doing aerobics, yes work out at the gym do ab's too.
    take one step at a time, it will take time to shed the weight but you will do it.
    I too have to reduce 4.5kg which is getting a bit difficult for me but its not impossible. So post your diet here and exercises everyday here.

    Thanks for remembering me dear...yeah 'm doing good ...thanks for the concern..:)

    Oh!!! is it ...'m in a thought that it is good dear...Ok let me do one thing, as of now i messed up with some health issues...'ll follow this diet till my weight loss stops then will let u know and u throw a light where i need to change...will implement those changes step by step..

    As of now i'm conscious about oil using dear

    Because of health issues 'm doing at home only dear...will slowly add aerobics and the rest to my routine..

    · Meal 4: ½ cup daliya + sabji + rasam + curd (1:30)
    · Meal 5: 2 moosambi (5:00)
    · Meal 6: ½ cup daliya + sabji + rasam + curd (6:30)
    · Meal 7: 1 bowl sabji + chicken pieces (8:30)

    Workout Plan:

    · walking on treadmill (40m)
    · Squat and hold (1m)

    Water:

    · 3.0 litres
