    Breakfast : Roti with bhaji
    Snack : banana
    lunch :brown rice , tambdi bhaji , dal , cucumber , boiled egg
    snack :green tea , Multigrain biscuit, shev , banana
    Dinner :soup , dark chocolate ( 2 pieces), apple

    Its a junk and i cant get ride of it ...:bonk

    You can try Apple -oats shake without Milk ... Its less cal and also keeps you full

    Most of my diet changes are based of that that are good or helpful for PCOs ( apart from junk ) ...

    My Clean n Healthy Diet Challenge till 15th oct


    • NO JUNK
    • NO SWEETS
    • DO WORKOUT DAILY ( at least 2 miles walk or 30 Suryanamaskar )
    • Have Normal regular food
    • 3 lit water
