    morning :- Warm water + lime juice +
    honey

    BF :- Tea + Biscuits

    Lunch :- Cantaloupe pieces

    snacks ;- walnuts, almonds , Tea + biscuits

    Dinner :- Veg fried rice + raitha

    Exercise :- walking 60 mins & JM 30 day shred (Day 2)

    Snack :- healthy home made wheat flour cake (with very less oil) and strawberry
