    Hi friends,

    I have controlled my food now and still to follow a strict diet.So far I am not eating junk foods. Next I have to cut it to one tea a day instead of two. I can see many of you are following very very strict diet.Hope I will follow you soon.

    Yesterday's diet

    Tea
    Dosa
    sambhar rice
    Tea
    Oats upuma
    Apple

    Yesterdays routine:
    Morning - Bread sandwich
    Afternoon, rice fish curry
    Evening: 3 dosas
    i did not go to gym yesterday as we went to a mall.
    But today morning i went to gym after 3 months.
    planning to go to gym in the morning going fwd.
    'll update my routine from tommorrow.

    hi friends,
    I was not able to update from last few days. i am having some back pain, i suffer from sciatica and herniated disc problem and my pain has started again. i am not able to do any kind of exercise. i am just doing normal walking not at brisk speed. i don't think i am going to loose anything like this. hope to follow a strict diet atleast.

    sep 2:

    2 cup tea
    water melon
    yogurt
    1 cup tea
    2 roti,peas curry

    point:0

    sep 3:

    1 cup tea,2 brown bread
    water melon
    2 roti,raita,chana dal
    1 cup tea
    1 roti,capsicum curry,salad

    water 10 glasses

    exercise: 45 min. walk

    had dinner at 8.

    3 miles walk away the pounds
    5 set surya namaskar
    1 cup coffee
    morning 1 dosa with pudina chutney
    lunch:sambhar rice with some veg salad
    evening:1 cup coffe+2 biscuit
    mid evening: 2 piece watermelon
    night :2 chappathi
    Only 3 cups of water today need to increase water intake

    Seriously! Hats off to those who are doing the GM diet. I did it twice and both the times, I cheated on 6th and 7th day. I just couldn't stick to the diet for the whole week. But nevertheless, I lost about 2-3 kgs both the times. :)
