Thanks for sharing.... We bought shivlinga last year when we went to temple and after that we came to know that we should not keep at homewithout prayers. But I took it lyt... Now I am having health problems may be because of that???? Dont know but I will take to temple and place it there surely this weekend...
Yes while placing shiva lingam it has lot of energy and when we do not act according to that energy level it would impact the family please do not keep them at home. Its better to keep photos and pray because vigrahamas have to be setup and maintained with lot of care and you should be able to follow the rules for a Brahmin.
yes they shouldn't be kept without proper poojas and cleanliness of the people and also the home is very important. The vigrahas has a central energy and when kept in a place without proper energy level they create negative effects
I just got a Shiva Ling today to be kept at my home from Nageswar..But im afraid seeing the link and also by reading the comments.. We are basically vaishnavites and i have got the ling just out of my devotion for Shiva..Im not sure if my parents will be supportive in doing the rituals.. can anyone suggest what i can do with the ling??
