    My Rule: Avoid junk foods and eat healthy food
    Exercise for 30 mins atleast

    Akineel, i was under some steroids for my heel and leg pain the month before..so i kind of gained weight. and then i wanted to keep control and some issues at home automatically helped..ofcourse i started walking religiously and doing possible floor exercises as a part of my physio to strengthen my back.

    and i know how doing something for others makes us happy. i once tried to cook something different for a craving pregnant friend. she now has a beautiful daughter. and that recipe is noted down here.A Friend, her food craving and my dilemma.. - Blogs - IndusLadies

    today was a better day.

    had a cup of sugarfree coffee.
    1 apple, 1 multigrain belvita biscuit.
    brown rice,brocoli+carrot+beans stir fry, coconut thogayal and curds.
    1 tea, 1 pear.
    semiya upma.
    lots of hot water due to sore throat.

    exercise 5 miles ls.not bad last wednesday when i tried ls after a long time i thought my knee will rip off with one mile..

    So off to try sleeping early, as my doc wants to try sleeping ealry. anyways tommorrow being monday i will be up by 4.30.

    Shanvy! you are up by 4.30 ?
    Great! I have been constantly failing to wake up before 6.00 am....I think I was awake by 4.30 am only during my 10 th and 12 th stds....
    Great! Atleast I also insist you to go to bed by 9.00 or 9.30 if you wake this early....
    I am planning to set certain standard timings for my bed time and wake up time. every day it differs for me depending upon that day for me...

    sridevi, ds goes to school by 7.15. and classes at 5.15. so i wake up at 4.30 to ensure that i wake him by 5.00.because i get good sound sleep at 4.30. if i miss then i wake up at 5.30 and he will miss classes. this year he is in 10th.so i have no choice.
    and i take bath at 5.45, cook lunch,snacks, breakfast, because he comes back by 5.45. so two snacks one for the morning break and another for the evening break, breakfast , lunch. and then dd leaves at 8.00 for college.so mornings i am too busy.

    Hi Friends,

    Aug 03 log:
    BF: buffet at saravana bhavan.
    Enjoyed Idlies after long long time.Had half of jamoon and 1 spoon kesari bath.
    Break: lemonade
    Lunch: Crape
    Break:coffee
    Dinner: Kellogg

    Ex: walked from morning till we got back home.
    Mostly in the mall and at times to and fro to shops outside.

    take care. the season is bad here too. eat what you feel, you can burn it off when you bounce back.

    have a severe sore throat, nose block, headache and fever. this is the symptom of the new strain of infection around our place. and yes you sweat a lot. so keep hydrated . ds had it first and now it is dd and my turn. craving for hot soups.

    have made lauki ki sabji, corn rice, ragi cereal bars, crackers, porridge for today. quinoa done. maybe quinoa and corn salad and tomato soup for me. off to have that extra cup of coffee or maybe tea..
