SG ILites Meetup - August 2013 - Is National Day Long weekend Feasible for Meetup?

    Hi Friends,

    We had a lovely meetup last week, but due to rain and other reasons, many could not make it. Since Chamu (one of our SG ILite) suggested having a meetup during the upcoming national day long weekend, I want to find out how many of you are interested. Kindly post your views so we can plan accordingly.

    Hi SKM and Chamu,

    Good to know you two are intrested. Lets wait for a few more to join in. Meanwhile lets decide on the venue. SKM is from Holland village and Chamu and I are from the east, so will paya lebar be ok. I am not sure of the places around there, but there should be a mall with a decent coffee shop or McD for us. Let me know your views.

    Hi, I am new to Singapore so if our venue is near MRT it would be good.

    But this i am fine with any mall or prominent place.. I will find my way.

    Near Payalebar MRT there is a mall with Starbucks , Coffee bean and so on.
    Shortly to address , it is Eunos post office (But it is very next to Paya lebar MRT)

    Hi Chamu, SKM and KJ,

    Seems like its the four of us.

    I am fine with Chamu's choice, any other suggestion is also welcome :)

    Now about date and time. Would you guys like to meet on Wednesday evening? I can get off work by 5.30 pm from work and can meet by 6.30 anywhere. Or thursday morning say about 10 am. I am buys on sat and sun. Also if any of you are going to the ND parade then friday will not be an option. Hence the suggestion of Wed and Thrusday.

    Pour in your views please :)
