    Hi ladies,

    Hope I have informed you that I have shifted to Pune. Finally found a house in Baner. So,finally my lil munchkin will have her own play room.We are planning to shift there from next month.Problem is my landlord is planning to go to USA very soon and I need to do rent agreement before that. Its urgent. As I really want to shift to that house.
    Help me out ...

    but this house belongs to an old friend... So, we need not go to a broker... Anyways came to know about ASDK associates...here in Pune... seems they do this work.Mailed them ,lets see how's it...

    Its done...Its ASDK associates.They charged me nominal... The most important thing is that they deliver docs at my doorstep.They even did Power of attorney of my friend. I was little hesitant earlier but finding things are easy in Pune. Even they asked me to have a look of few flats without brokerage..although I said NO because i want this flat.. But I recommend these people ,as they are professionals and its convinient. check their website ASDK Associates, Pune
