hi pallavi,
have u tried taking any stool softener... bcz constipation is one of the major reason ...
try to take lot of fibres and green vegetables ... u can take raisin or dry fig soaked in water and consume 2 times a day .. once u r out of constipation then external piles will not hurting u ..
am having external piles and ttc for 2+ and at the max am avoiding constipation and making me free from ext piles pain.. if pain persists keep on applying castor oil or coconut oil or gingely oil ...whenever feeling pain i will take sitz bath and apply annovate cream.

my doctor clarified me there is no relation between piles and TTC...
dont worry a lot...stress will make ur condition more worst in both piles and conception...

for TTC r u on any med ?

Hi pallavik96,

I understand this is am old post..But were you able to resolve the problem of external piles and how.
Since I am battling with the same problem now post delivery.
Any help would be useful to me
