Keep salt biscuits/saltine crackers at your pillow. Do not even raise your head and nibble as you wake. Ginger in any form is helpful. Ginger ale (nonalcoholic soda) is helpful. Never let your stomach get empty

Eat biscuits and drink plain water once you got up.Dont skip any meal and eat in a less amount even if you don't have appetite.

    Hi,

wake up early ( at 4 or 5) and have some food or horlicks. I used to have horlicks daily at 4:30 for one month. Eat orange as this might help you avoid vomiting.

The best remedy for nausea according to my BO/Gyn is to eat crackers or as a matter of fact anything. I'm not vomiting with this pregnancy but had severe nausea so I used to drink ginger tea (boil water with few pieces of ginger) and lemon juice(Lemon with water and a pinch of salt). These two helped me tremendously.

Been there, dear girl...I have thrown up so much during week 10 that I have been admitted to the hospital and given EIGHT bottles of drips to combat severe dehydration caused by morning sickness. For most women, around 12 weeks they become better, unfortunately mine lasted 20 weeks....

I used to keep a tiny piece of tamarind between my back teeth(molars) so I would salivate, and keep swallowing it to keep my vomit down..Also, lying down on my side immediately after a small meal, until the feeling of nausea goes away...

Just remember that no matter how much you vomit, even if one spoon of food remains inside, it is worth it...So keep eating small meals regularly... Also, check your weight regularly to check if it drops or remains constant for long...

Eating salty crackers early morning like someone said here around 4 or 5 will really help......even i have been there once...but at that time nobody advised me.
