what are the documents required for applying EAD

    hello ladies,

    i moved to US and i am on L2 visa. Am planning to work. can anybody tell me what are the documents required for applying ead and ssn?

    u need to get the following docs with u
    1) ur passport ,visa, I94 copies
    2) ur marriage certificate
    3)ur spouse's current status i.e. his visa docs n his I94

    Hi Pats,

    I am in L2 visa too. I have not applied for EAD but I got SSN where work authorization has given. Is it not enough do i need to apply for EAD also? DO you applied for SSN?
