I would not use nonstick vessel for milk or tea. Now a days I've stopped using non stick vessels at all. Heard that these are not good for health.

    Hi vinay
I recently upgraded from non stick to " eco friendly" ceramic cookware.:)
It's very effective, easy to clean, doesn't stick much.Bergner brand saucepans are available at reasonable rates. Please look out for the cera+ ceramic label on the cookware. It's free from PFOA and PFTE compounds. Please opt for the white ceramic interior cookware.

It is important to transfer the milk/cooked food to another vessel immmediately after cooking. ( the user manual says so!:biggrin2:).But always milk vessels do need extra effort .I feel there is no escape :my2cents.)

    regards
    honeybee

Keep stirring off and on when boiling the milk, it won't stick to the bottom....
