Trying to loose weight with PCOS

    Pavi i haven't checked my weight like this. but 2yrs back once i checked my weight at early morning around 7am in empty stomach my weight was 57. next day evening my weight was 58(it shown the whole number only). When i asked this to my doc she said the original weight is 58. even if they check weight at morning they add 1 more kilos to calculate actual weight.

    These hosts never understand us...
    But don't feel guilty dear..its okay..try to have a good breakfast light lunch and dinner the next day dear...
    You will gear back to the old level...
    And reagrding your weight I have heard that you have to consider the first weight in the morning...after completing your nature's calls on an empty stomach...
    I would better say that if you go for dinner or something...never weigh yourself next day morning...this gives lot of mental pressure..
    Skip weighing for that day...have light lunch and dinner next day and then weigh yourself the next morning:)

    Host was my very dear friend, she knws abt my diet & everything, so i culdnt say when she said jus one day pavi, i thought ok wht to do but my weighing scale thingy was gng on my mind when i was havng food :bang. Very well said, we shuldnt check weight very next day after party. Somehow from today i ll be back to my diet routine. As u said i check in the morning only bcoz those numbers only gives a bit of mental peace:cool:if not like as shinara said if i want to add a kilo to my morning numbers then i ll be :cry:

    Shinara dont think bad about ur info bcoz alrdy in obese, thats why only nothing else dont feel bad or hurt.

    Snacks: oats,quinoa baked vada & sweet pongal 2spns
    Lunch: curd rice with sambhar & pickle with raw banana bhaji
    Snack: sweet pongal leftovers
    Dinner: 1 dosa & 1 spinach vada

    Dear All – how are you doing? Below are my today’s update
    I took off the whole week, so enjoying stay at home…
    Early morning Puja , had 2 cashwes and few dry grapes
    50mts brisk walk
    6.45am – Horlicks , few dry fruits
    8.30am – daliya
    12.30pm – little daliya with dal and curd
    2pm – 2 sugar free biscut, 1 brown bread and horlics.
    Planning to have daliya again by 4.30pm if I feel hungry

    Evening i had, puffed rice and horlics
    dinner - 3idlies with gravy

    This morning i had much energy to do a brisk walk continously for 50mts, energy might be due to Red rice i had yesterday for lunch!
